Rockwell Care Services is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to supervise the care provided to clients & the skills/competency of caregivers at least once a quarter in the Logan area. The Supervisor helps the office evaluate and improve employees & clients experience with Rockwell Care. This job is part time. (hours and days are flexible)

Rockwell Care Services provides non-medical support to the elderly and people with disabilities in their homes. Rockwell Care is a great employer to work for, and this job has a lot of flexibility for someone wanting to work part time. 

Responsibilities:
• Complete the onsite evaluation notes documenting quality of care provided/received.
• Document any suggestions or guidance you may have given to the client or caregiver.
• Evaluate client & caregiver safety by completing the safety questionnaire (fall risks, smoke detectors, etc...)
• Report any signs of abuse or neglect.
• Review the client's in-home-care binder, and verify proper documentation of services.
• Turn in documentation to the Office Manager within 48 hours of the evaluation (or next business day)
• Supervisors are expected to evaluate the situation for approximately 30 minutes up to 1 hour.

Qualifications:
• Must have a valid CNA certification
• Must have at least 2 years of in-home care experience
• Must have GED or higher
• Must be over the age of 18
• Must of reliable transportation, and insurance on that vehicle.
• Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office knowledge)
• Must have good communication skills in the English language (both written and verbal)
• Must have positive attitude
• Must be able to develop relationships with others, and have the ability to give suggestions in a friendly way.
