Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM JEMSOC missions in order to provide the JEMSOC Director with Planning, Analysis, Spectrum Management, and Intelligence support. In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations in order to accredit each Service\/United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).\n
\n

Specific Duties: In this position you will be responsible for:\n\nDeveloping detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet the JCER mission;\nConducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations;\nAnalyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information;\nEvaluating emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results\nMaking recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations\n\n
\n

Qualifications:\n\nTwelve (12) plus years of experience\nUnderstanding of current service capabilities to include communication\/tactical data links and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO\nExperience with any service ISR\/C2 platform\n\n
\n

Desired Qualifications:\n\nExpertise specializing in USAF ISR\/C2\nBachelor's degree\nFifteen (15) years of experience in combat Air Force\nExperience conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction\nExperience working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations\nTraining and certification as a PMP are highly recommended for individuals lacking requisite military leadership experience.\n\n
