Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM JEMSOC missions in order to provide the JEMSOC Director with Planning, Analysis, Spectrum Management, and Intelligence support. In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations in order to accredit each Service\/United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).\n
\n

Specific Duties: In this position, you will be responsible for:\n\nDeveloping detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet the JCER mission;\nMaking recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations;\nAnalyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information;\nEvaluating emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results;\nConducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations;\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nExperience in tactical and operational level targeting processes\nTwelve (12) plus years of demonstrated relevant operational experience in the US Army or US Marine Corps\nExperience at the tactical and operational level with EMS and non-kinetic effects planning, execution, and evaluation processes;\nUnderstanding of current service capabilities and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO\nExperience conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction\n\n

Desired Qualifications:\n\nExperience working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations;\nOperational experience of EMSO and spectrum management\nTraining and certification as a PMP are highly recommended for individuals lacking requisite military leadership experience.\n\n
