Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement software applications that meet business requirements.

· Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

· Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.

· Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Implement best practices for software development including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes and testing.

· Monitor and maintain the health of the software applications ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the most effective tools and techniques.

· Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the software systems ensuring they are scalable maintainable and secure.

· Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment processes and improve the CI/CD pipeline.

· Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve production issues and ensure minimal downtime.

· Document technical specifications system designs and other relevant information to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

Qualifications

· Possess a strong understanding of AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL.

· Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

· Show proficiency in writing clean maintainable and efficient code.

· Have strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

· Display a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and improving existing skills.

· Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work.

· Show a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business needs and positively impact society.
