The Senior IT Support Services Specialist is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience to all users and stakeholders at Stark Tech by providing hands-on technical support and troubleshooting. As part of the IT team, this individual will answer tickets and any sort of request from end users according to department processes. Participation in projects, and ongoing initiatives, such as the onboarding and setup of new users with IT systems and equipment will be required under direction from management and the senior members on the team.\n

What are we looking for\n\nHigh School degree or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. \n5-9 years supporting end users. Experience succeeding in delivering excellent technical solutions and customer experience in a self-driven environment.\nVarious product certifications a plus. \nExperience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange\/Office 365 a plus. \nAbility to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.\nMust be able to prioritize and quickly troubleshoot and resolve problems using a wide variety of tools.\nRespond to emergency situations effectively, maintaining poise and focus.\nPrevious Freshdesk\/FreshService\/ServiceTrade experience a plus.\nStrong customer service skills and dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal\/external clients.\nSupporting Microsoft SQL systems. \nSome network and hardware administration and troubleshooting ability.\nPowerShell scripting capabilities preferred.\nAbility to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.\nStrong communication and customer service skills required.\nAbility to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.\nMust be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.\n\n
