Hire Resolve’s client one of the world’s largest globally diversified natural resource company is looking for a Senior IT Site Technician to join their team in Mpumalanga. 

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring the Helpdesk and resolving open calls Providing first-line IT technical support Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment (desktops, laptops, servers, mobile devices, tablets, peripherals) Troubleshooting network problems Ensuring boardroom and AV equipment functionality Maintaining IT equipment inventory Managing user accounts and access rights Ensuring regular backups and performing server maintenance

Requirements:

Grade 12 A+ and N+ Certification Driver’s license (Code EB/08)

Minimum Experience:

1 year of experience in Information Technology Experience with Microsoft Technology Stack (Windows and Server OS) and Network Technologies
