The Senior Project Manager must have a minimum of 4+ years of demonstrated hands-on-experience in development, implementation and management of large complex IT projects. The suitable candidate must be able to manage a senior team of technical resources - Developer, Business Analyst, Testers.
The Senior Project Manager's duties include but are not limited to:
* Leading cross-functional teams, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to plan and execute work
* Expertise in using project scheduling, issue tracking and financial tools for project status reporting
* Adherence to software development lifecycle processes including Agile Methodologies (SCRUM)
* Expertise in organizing and executing tasks, translate priorities to a plan and remain flexible as requirements change during the project lifecycle
* Document processes and communicate effectively to project team members on status, including issues and risks
* Report status to senior management, including District executives on project updates and key milestones
