The Opportunity

Are you a leader who thrives on driving business transformation by leveraging business understanding, technical skills, and broad set of project management methodologies? Do you see yourself playing a critical role across multi-functional teams to drive clear value from our projects and programs in our largest market? In NA IT Delivery, as a Senior Project Manager, you lead multi-functional project team(s) to deliver transformation working directly with the business to ensure maximum business value. In this team you will serve as a true internal consultant, flowing to IT critical priority projects.

Responsibilities:

Quickly engaging in assigned business domain to drive to align business outcome and establishing way of working toward the outcome.Planning and estimating the work, leading execution, communicating with key internal and external stakeholders.Delivering key project management deliverables including requirements definition, change management, risk management, schedule refinement, budget management, etc.   Defining and leveraging various project management practices and methods (Agile, Waterfall, critical chain, etc) to accelerate and optimize project delivery.Ensuring IT project delivery, follows all compliance requirements, foreseeing and resolving risks, issues, and opportunities.

We are looking for Project Managers with a passion and skillset for Design Thinking and an ability to thrive in an Exponential Organization.

Job Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree OR 10+ years of relevant work experienceStrong Project Management Skills with previous PM experience within the IT domainDesire to build deep technical skills and expertise to deliver sustainable applications and capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: ability to communicate complex issues and solutions in a way that can drive decisions with technical and business partners.Ability to work a hybrid work schedule in Cincinnati, OH office

Preferred:

PMP and PSM1 certifications

Pay Range: $105k – $150K
