**Job Description Summary**
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx)? Join our dynamic PDx/InterCon Business Relationship Management team as a Senior IT Manager!
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) colleagues to shape strategic priorities, develop a robust portfolio of investments, and create compelling business cases. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting detailed business requirements for approved investments and overseeing the delivery of key projects and products, including MES EBR, ITOT, and Supply Chain Planning Systems.
You'll work alongside talented technical resources within our HealthCare IT team and trusted third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution. On a daily basis, you'll engage with HealthCare IT colleagues and external partners to maintain the smooth operation of all systems supporting the PDx ISC organization. As a key point of escalation, your problem-solving skills will be essential in addressing any issues that arise

Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) is a world leader in producing imaging agents that enhance the quality of diagnostic images used to diagnose and monitor diseases. The Cork site is a key strategic manufacturing location for Fill & Finish operations, crucial to the PDx value stream.
**Job Description**
**Responsibilities**
+ Work jointly with ISC Manufacturing and Supply Chain leaders to drive the vision, strategy, roadmap, and product lifecycle for the PDx Supply Chain portfolio of applications, within the context of the overall IT HealthCare Portfolio governance processes
+ Establish strong collaborative relationships with key Operations and Manufacturing business leaders
+ Develop a partnership with the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Lead, to create and maintain a link between IT and OT applications delivery, governance, and standards
+ Support the engagement of manufacturing sites with the BRM OT infrastructure team and through them, with the wider HealthCare IT infrastructure resources
+ Develop the project portfolio of your designated business, understanding the business prioritisation of demand from key stakeholders and working with them to translate this into a prioritised list to feed into wider HealthCare IT portfolio planning. Ensure that the portfolio reflects an appropriate balance of reduction of operational risk as well as delivery of strategic outcomes
+ Support key stakeholders in working with their wider HealthCare management to articulate how ranked requests from PDx ISC fit with the wider ISC portfolio of requests.
+ Work with the PDx & Intercon Business Relationship Manager to rank portfolio requests relative to the wider PDx IT portfolio
+ Work with stakeholders to jointly develop full business cases for funding of projects, collaborating with resources from across HealthCare IT and/or third party vendors
+ Work with key ISC stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of projects, by driving “LEAN before IT” process simplification and by influencing the process change and system adoption by end users
+ Establish and manage relationships across PDx business teams
+ Leverage your domain expertise; you are expected to further the knowledge and improve productivity of your colleagues with activities such as creating learning content, giving presentations, and supporting a continuous learning culture
+ Communicate effectively within immediate team, across peers and with stakeholders. Ensure team receives consistent messages and has clear understanding of business priorities, strategy and results
**Qualifications and Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) – or equivalent relevant qualification/experience
+ Experience in delivering Manufacturing Execution system (MES)
+ Working knowledge of SAP and supply planning systems.
+ Professional experience in IT business analysis or project delivery
+ Solid experience in IT business partnership roles

+ Ability to effectively present portfolio, project plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders
+ Experience of Manufacturing and Supply Chain IT systems, ideally in a pharmaceutical context
