The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, orchestration capabilities with established business and technology expertise. This position will serve as the IT leadership representative in the EMEA region. **What will you do:** **Leadership and Team Management:** + Promote a collaborative work environment, set clear objectives and performance expectations and mentor to build skills and resources to succeed. + Collaborate on developing and implementing overall IT/Digital strategy in concert with business strategy, ensuring targets are met. + Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and standards through IT service delivery. **Relationship Management:** + Proactively understand customer needs and objectives, forging strong connections with business partners while advocating for the value of IT solutions. + Champion collaboration and alignment with group and shared service IT organizations. + Ensure effective communication of IT initiatives and metrics resulting in understanding and alignment. **Analysis and Orchestration** : + Ensure the elicitation, analysis, and delivery of business requirements. + Conduct needs assessments, feasibility studies, and impact analyses. + Optimize project outcomes by facilitating business process models, data flow diagrams and acceptance criteria. + Ensure successful orchestration and execution of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment to project management framework **What you Need to Know:** To be successful you will need meaningful experience with leadership roles with the ability to apply knowledge of business, industry, and technology to address problems and opportunities. + Demonstrated ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences + Be able to use business outcomes to clarify critical initiatives. + Exhibits a high level of initiative and problem-solving ability. + Thrive in a matrixed environment that emphasizes speed, agility, and efficiency. + Must be located in UK with the ability to work in either Loughborough or Heysham.
