We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer with a background in managing SaaS environments, especially focused on Microsoft 365 and device management solutions.

This role is 100% remote.

About the Role:
You will help support and deliver key IT projects, maintaining and improving our internal network, systems, and security. Responsibilities include:

Supporting office networks and resolving any issues with mobile device management (MDM). Designing a secure Microsoft 365 environment and automating laptop deployment using Microsoft tools like Autopilot and Intune. Maintaining knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and SaaS products. Offering innovative tech solutions, performing system upgrades, and handling third-level IT support. Key Requirements: Experience in a similar IT role, with strong networking skills (VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, etc.). Deep knowledge of Windows; MacOS experience is a plus. Experience with SaaS, IaaS, and leading IT projects. Expertise with Microsoft Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot, and SSO migrations. Familiarity with automation tools and PowerShell scripting. Nice to Have: Experience with API integrations and automating Apple device deployments.
