Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers – helping them deliver better results every day.

Responsibilities\nAnalyze, design, and implement IT systems to meet business needs.\nProvide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex IT issues.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical specifications.\nEnsure the security, integrity, and availability of IT systems and data.\nMonitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.\nManage and support IT projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review.\nDevelop and maintain documentation, including system architecture, processes, and procedures.\nMentor and provide guidance to junior IT staff.\nStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.\nCoordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and support of IT services.\nRequirements\nDiploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in IT analysis, support, and project management.\nStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.\nProficiency in various operating systems, such as Windows, Linux.\nExperience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is preferable.\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nRelevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.\n\n
