The Ensono Core Values unify our diverse talents and are woven into how we do business.Honesty, reliability, curiosity, collaboration, and passionare thekeyto achieving our purpose. **About the role and what** **you’ll** **be doing:** • Monitor and maintain all production jobs related to SAS/MXG. • Analyze the mainframe reporting infrastructure and make process improvement recommendations to leadership. • Build and maintain a strong relationship with key external customers and internal Ensono stakeholders. • Engage with leadership to assist with the creation and updates to process and procedure documentation for the SAS/MXG reporting infrastructure. • Provide reporting of the Key Performance Indicators for assigned mainframe service levels. • Verify scalability of system and workload data for service solution • Collaborates with application groups to understand service solution design and data flow of system components. • Interact with various support processes including incident management, event management, problem management, availability, capacity and change management. • Respond to client and key stakeholder on any problem with your assigned responsibilities in a timely manner. • Prioritize multiple issues based on the priority of the ticket then update ticket with clear, concise and detailed documentation, including all communications regarding work, emails, phone calls and service attempts. • This position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates in the role. To be considered for this role,it’simportant that you meet all Required Qualifications.If you do not meetall ofthe Preferred Qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.  **Required Qualifications** **:** • Bachelor’s Degree • 4+ years of relevant work experience • IBM Sub Capacity Reporting Tool (SCRT) • Broadcom ISV SCRT • Expertise with IBM Utilities • ITIL Foundation Certification a plus • Fully functional and self-directed • Provides formal mentorship • High complexity assignments- owner • Moderate complexity assignments – owner (1 or >) • Low complexity assignments – provide oversight/review. • An eye for detail is a must. **Preferred Qualifications** **:** • Leadership experience and the desire to mentor others • SAS ODS experience is strongly preferred **Why Ensono?** Ensono is a place to make better happen – for our clients and for your career.
