Senior Internal Fraud Manager

The Internal Fraud Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud across the organization. This experienced individual contributor partners with key stakeholders to investigate and resolve allegations of fraudulent or suspicious activity within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of fraud deterrent and detection techniques, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

What you will do:

Develop and implement comprehensive fraud prevention strategies and processesMonitor and analyze internal activities to identify potentially fraudulent activitiesConduct thorough investigations of suspected fraud cases and collaborate with key business partners in Human Resources, Legal, and IT Security when necessaryPrepare investigative reports summarizing allegations and findingsContinually develop proactive and reactive monitoring toolsLeveraging fraud expertise and data, provide recommendations for the improvement of procedures and internal controlsProvide training and support to leaders on fraud prevention and detection techniquesPrepare detailed reports on fraud incidents and present findings to senior managementIdentify high risk areas throughout the organization what may be particularly susceptible to fraudStay abreast of the latest trends and developments in fraud prevention and detection

What you will bring:

Certified Fraud Examiner (CFO) credential requiredMinimum 6+ years investigative and audit experience preferably dealing with fraud and related offencesProven experience in fraud detection, mitigation, investigation, and remediationKnowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to fraudProficiency in using fraud detection software and toolsStrong investigative, interview/interrogation skills

Base Salary Range

$108,800.00 - $153,650.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
