Your Key Responsibilities Provide independent and objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value through identification of risks, improvement of internal controls and business efficiency and performance. Execute audits in accordance with the annual internal audit plan including operational business, system and internal control audits. Develop detailed audit plans, including scope, objectives, and timelines, in collaboration with the Internal Audit Manager. Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with acute attention to detail ensuring proper analysis, audit evidence documentation and comprehensive workpapers. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information into objective audit reports and findings to senior management. Moreover, to recommend improvement opportunities and effective corrective actions. Monitor and review management's responses to audit recommendations and follow up on remediation plans. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure accuracy of audits and teamwork. Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information and exercise discretion and integrity. Your Qualifications BS in Accounting, Business, IT or Finance, MBA is a plus Strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance. Professional certification as a CIA, CPA, CFE and/or CISA is a plus Solid knowledge of MS Office tools, knowledge of SAP and/or data analytics is a plus English professional proficiency is mandatory Audit professional experience at least 5 years Experience in manufacturing or Big 4 is a plus Intercultural and international experience is a plus Availability to travel domestic and internationally up to 20% of the time.
