About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Interior Architect or Interior Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading the design and execution of government and multifamily projects. Strong understanding of how to layout sets of drawings and putting together finishes. Experience in public/civic projects is preferred! Key Responsibilities: + Lead interior design efforts for projects, from concept development through construction. + Create and refine interior layouts, material selections, and design concepts. + Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, consultants, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution and design continuity. + Prepare and deliver presentations and design proposals to clients and stakeholders. + Develop detailed construction documents, specifications, and presentations. + Ensure that all work adheres to budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: + 8+ years of professional experience in interior architecture, with a focus on multifamily residential design. + Strong proficiency in Revit; additional expertise with other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Suite) a plus. + Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. + Exceptional design sensibility and an understanding of how interiors shape human experience. + Strong communication and presentation skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr. Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in New York,NY.
