Job Description

Reporting to the Integrated Production Director, we are looking to bring on an Integrated Producer to support our growing creative and experience production team - ensuring a thoughtful, and high-quality service across deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a solid strategic and executional understanding of our service and our client's businessDevelop/update, improve and implement appropriate plans for the account, working in collaboration with other team members to help us achieve our operational goals and reach our financial targetsBe the go-to operational person on the account, both internally and externallyManage the workload scoping, briefing process, internal quality control, and external client comms to ensure that the team continues to deliver world-class serviceInterrogate and challenge process and timingsMentor, motivating, and supporting team members, displaying leadership and providing counsel to the team

Qualifications3 years experience working in advertising or brand/marketing environments, with localization/language work exposureMUST have Spanish and English proficiency.Experience scoping short and long-term workload, managing timelines and running projects independentlyExperience working on language-driven processesProcess Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to improve processes.
