Your Mission
Ensure the security and compliance of information systems by maintaining an appropriate operational security posture. You will play a key role in continuous monitoring, identifying security risks, and ensuring compliance with security policies. Your responsibilities include performing system audits, mitigating vulnerabilities, and assisting in system reaccreditation efforts.You Will Excel in This Role If You Are:Experienced in Defense-in-Depth principles and enterprise security architectureProficient in network security and risk management frameworks (RMF)Knowledgeable in NIST 800-53 security controlsFamiliar with STE/STN requirementsSkilled in conducting security audits and identifying areas of non-complianceA Day in the Life Of:Supporting continuous monitoring of networks to detect security risksEnsuring compliance with security policies, procedures, and frameworksPerforming regular system audits and assisting in security reaccreditationIdentifying and mitigating vulnerabilities across information systemsWorking closely with the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to enhance security posturesMust Haves:TS/SCI clearance with polygraphBachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6 years of experience. An Associate’s degree with 10 years of experience or 12 years of experience without a degree may also be considered.Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Tier I certificationExperience with network security and enterprise security architectureProficiency in NIST 800-53 and Risk Management Framework (RMF)Nice to Have:Excellent written and oral communication skillsFamiliarity with STE/STN requirementsExperience conducting security audits and compliance assessmentsAbility to analyze and mitigate security vulnerabilitiesAbout us: We are an experienced advanced analytic development company providing Cyber solutions to current and emerging missions.
