Senior IAM Developer
Job Title: Senior IAM Developer If requiring visa sponsorship (H1B) or working C2C you MUST be willing to transfer your visa to Actalent on W2. Job Description We are seeking a Senior IAM Developer with extensive experience in developing authentication flows, application integration, and providing level 4 support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and development experience in Java/J2EE. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to implement new requirements effectively. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory for this position. Responsibilities + Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various technical functions to create a comprehensive technical roadmap for core enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. + Serve as the Sr. subject matter expert for IAM within the organization. + Define policies and procedures related to IAM functions. + Take ownership of complex program design, testing, debugging, and documentation. + Have development experience in Java/J2EE. Essential Skills + 8+ years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management. + 5+ years of experience with multi-factor authentication platforms. + Development experience in Java/J2EE. + Strong experience in developing authentication flows. + Good experience in application integration. + Excellent communication skills. + Bachelor’s degree is mandatory. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in providing level 4 support. Work Environment This position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring 2 days onsite per week with the flexibility to come onsite as needed. The role is located in Plano, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $74.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
