Sodexo is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager, located in or around the Toledo, OH area. This individual will utilize their HR knowledge to handle complex issues and administration for multiple locations within the region. The main responsibilities will be to support the employee life cycle, including recruitment and selection, training, employee relations, and educating managers on policies and procedures.
What you’ll do:
lead and mentor up to 4 HR professionals on your teamrecruit and onboard frontline team members utilizing onboarding and payroll systemsmaintain active and terminated employee filescoordinate and conduct required monthly trainingunderstand and respect sensitive and confidential informationcomplete special projects based on business needs regarding human resources data and analysisWhat you bring:
experience in an HR management or leadership positionknowledge of state and federal HR lawsfluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Teams) ability to create and facilitate training utilizing webinarsexcellent organization, communication and project management skills.strong time management skills

Qualifications & RequirementsBasic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of HR experience
