The Boeing CompanyBoeing's Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Human Resources (HR) team has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our Space, Intelligence and Weapons Systems (SI&WS) organization in Heath, OH as the HR Site Leader.
As the HR Site Leader, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business by leading and managing all aspects of human resources at the site. You will partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with our overall business objectives and support our talented workforce.
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Heath, Ohio site, providing guidance and support to employees and leaders on HR policies, procedures, and programs
Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and develop HR strategies that drive employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
Use business knowledge to make recommendations and proposals on key functional strategies, develop long and short-term strategies involving policies (e.g., Diversity, Employee Engagement and Functional Excellence) and embed people plans in the operating rhythm of the organization
Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Labor Relations organizations to ensure effective delivery of HR programs and initiatives, such as talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits, learning and development, and employee engagement
Drive a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging by promoting and supporting initiatives that foster an inclusive work environment
Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee engagement and performance matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures
Partner with site leadership to identify and address workforce planning needs, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce development
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing associated projects
5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
Experience creating a workforce staffing strategy and building strategic pipelines
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
Active US Security Clearance
Human Resources certification
5+ years performing as an HRG or HRBP
3+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role
Experience influencing teams and peers without direct authority
Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills

Summary pay range: $128,350 - $173,650
