You will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent, coaching and developing internal employee base, providing guidance on employee relations, and executing strategic HR initiatives in accordance with the agreed performance targets.
Are You Someone Who Can:
Partner with Business as an internal coach and consultant with regard to talent acquisition, compensation, performance enablement, benefits and employee relations
Actively identify process improvements affecting HC deliverables based on business strategy
Utilize business priorities to recommend and implement talent management solutions
Act as a catalyst to drive change initiatives across the organization.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in driving employee value proposition
Drive a Performance Driven Culture across the Bank
Drive people management practices and processes and ensures they are continuously improved
Ensure that policies and procedures are documented and aligned to industry standards
You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You Have
An MBA with specialization in Human Resources Management.
Professional Membership to a Recognized Human Resources Organization will be an added advantage.
At least 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution
