Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee employee relations, dispute resolution, and the consistent application of HR practices.Manage benefits strategy and compensation benchmarking.Ensure safety and OSHA compliance across all sites. Maintain legal compliance with global labor regulations.Administer FMLA, Workers’ Comp, and other leave programs. Develop and enforce HR policies.Administer HRIS and provide detailed reporting on KPI’s.Ensure Payroll is being done accurately and support as needed.Ensure positive Employee Engagement.Each regional HR Generalist will report directly to this role, operating as the on-site representative for HR functions, stationed in various locations including Zeeland, China, Mexico, and Hungary.
