Job Summary:
Are you an HR expert in global mobility? Emerson has a great opportunity for you! Based in Singapore, the Senior HR Executive will manage and coordinate the global mobility programs and assignments within the organization. Your main focus will be on facilitating smooth employee relocations, ensuring compliance with immigration and tax regulations, and providing support to internationally mobile employees.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Facilitate change and offer advice on all international relocation and expatriate assignment activities. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding global mobility policies, processes, and requirements. Coordinate with various stakeholders on the global compensation data collection for tax preparation and reporting for assignees. This includes tracking and maintaining the compensation and benefits-in-kinds data. Coordinate with tax agent, payroll administration and assignees on tax equalisation settlements, payments and collections. Vendor management and services negotiation with service providers. Handle invoices and payment related matters. Handle all immigration and work pass application and renewal for assignees and theirs dependent. Handle exit clearance and out-going process including repatriation for cessation and/or transfer employee.Who You Are:

For this Role, You Will Need:
In-depth knowledge of global mobility policies, immigration laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Strong understanding of international assignment processes, including work permits, visas, and relocation logistics. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong employee service focus and aptitude. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address complex global mobility challenges.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Degree in relevant discipline with at least 3 years of HR operations / shared service in Mobility, international transfer program and HRIS is preferred.Our Offer To You:
