The Senior Healthcare Planner’s role is to implement the design concepts that are developed by the design team and the Owner. Will participate in making decisions regarding planning & design concepts Assist in maintaining project square footage within approved program Coordinate the team in producing PD & SD presentation drawings reflecting Page's planning and design recommendations and client expectations relative to approved program and budget Mentor junior staff Continue education through seminars and participation in professional organization activities May participate in business development opportunities for the firm including assisting in responses to RFPs, making project presentations, calling on prospects, networking, writing articles and participating in professional seminars Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture At least 15 years of experience Registered architect in a least one U.S. jurisdiction Should have a strategic orientation Possesses analytical thinking skills Is a conceptual thinker with design sensitivity Is adaptable and objective Ability to confront peers, subordinates and clients constructively Good interpersonal skills Has good team management skills Has good oral communication/presentation, writing skills, public speaking and can facilitate meetings with clients/ users Has good client management skills Has good technical knowledge Has initiative Developed leadership skills Working knowledge of life safety and building codes Has a grasp of fundamentals and knowledge of theoretical and practical developments in the field of healthcare architecture Is proficient with REVIT, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
