To support our ongoing growth agenda we are now seeking to recruit a **Senior Hardware Engineer** to be based at either of our sites in **Lappeenranta** or **Tampere, Finland.** **Job Responsibilities** As **Senior Hardware Engineer** , you will be expected to carry out: + Design of power electronics and control circuits + Conduct peer reviews on electronic hardware designs to maintain quality and reliability + Generate design verification specifications and testing requirements. + Generate engineering reports and documentation. **Background & Skills** We would expect you to demonstrate: + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar. + Demonstrable experience working with product design and development and/or engineering research. + Ability to work effectively in a high quality, deadline committed environment. + Being an effective team player, yet not afraid of working independently or taking responsibility. + Good oral and written communication skills in English.
