Job Title:Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Acquisition & CRM

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join our team to drive acquisition initiatives and lead email campaigns to accelerate direct to consumer acquisitions. This role will play a critical role in the development of key campaigns and collaborate on marketing initiatives across the company.

The Sr Manager, Growth Marketing position is remote (United States based), with travel to major San Jose and Dallas hubs. We will only consider candidates currently in the United States and are not offering relocation assistance.

About the role:  

Support the execution of key growth and messaging initiatives across the company 

Drives acquisition email, abandon cart and lead generation programs, overseeing the development of consumer-centered messaging campaigns and templates, from conception to execution 

Builds robust test and learn plans to drive consumer adoption and engagement, and looks for opportunities to continue to expand  

Monitors and provides on-going analysis of program and campaign effectiveness and uses the findings to continually optimize and revamp campaigns 

Stays ahead of and incorporates CRM, digital marketing and customer experience best practices  

Work with cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive end to end strategy, customer journeys and positive experiences 

Moves easily between complex activities 

Develops best in class work and campaigns, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage project end to end 

Very strong relationship building and cross-functional collaboration capabilities across various levels of partners and skill sets 

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills 

Strong focus on the customer and customer experience  

Persuasive verbal and written communication 

Ability to move with speed and purpose  

 

About You: 

7+ years in digital marketing and CRM roles, focused around acquiring new customers and customer lifecycle communication  

A consistent and proven record of developing and implementing successful strategies to drive growth 

Familiarity with the latest CRM and ESP technologies  

Understand key intersection points across the customer journey 

Have worked in a high-growth or transformation mindset business 

Experience with global subscription businesses 

Experience in the tech/software industry a plus
