Senior Graphic Designer

Position Purpose: Responsible for the design and direction on print creative projects. Lead and manage creative projects involving multiple members of the Marketing department.

Manage all aspects of design projects and lead team creative projectsProvide vision, creative solutions and deliver high-quality designs for all assigned tasksAct as a consultant on best practices including maintaining brand standardsManage outsourced vendors to deliver projects that are within budget and on scheduleWork cross-functionally with other partners within department and across the organization to deliver design solutions and assetsAssists with website design projects


For Corporate Marketing: Ingest creative briefs and other creative requests, interpret them and output beautiful, high-quality graphic design assets across multiple channels.

Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of related experience in marketing or advertising.

Experience with Desktop Publishing, Illustration and Photo Software.: Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

For Corporate Marketing: Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Adobe Express. Other design tools like Canva, Figma or Fondue a plus. Agency experience a plus. Experience in marketing for health care or other highly regulated industry a plus. .

Pay Range: $54,000.00 - $97,100.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
