·  Build the right competencies in India hub in line with the vision of the CTO office,  Material CoE

·  Provide leadership, vision and development directions to the team in alignment with the material CoE leader

·  Ensure Global collaboration and LOB influencing which is key for success of this role

·  Ensure best in class material choices across energy management design entities, for performance and offers robustness, sustaining high quality standards of Schneider.

·  Strive to develop the best capabilities toward Schneider strategic ambition on Sustainability, and anticipate solutions to mitigate supply chain risks for business resilience 

·  contribute to the technical strategy and standardization best practices at EM level and corporate level, working closely with procurement leadership

·  ensure that corporate procedures are followed
