About the role\: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Digital Energy Segment Sales Lead to drive growth and market leadership across the Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Hotel, and Healthcare segments. This pivotal managerial position involves managing a portfolio of 41 key accounts and leading a team of six Key Account Managers and Segment Managers. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the digital energy segment strategy and driving customer-centric solutions within the targeted segments.

Roles and Responsibilities\:

Technical\:

Develop and execute clear strategies for digitization and sustainability, integrating Schneider Electric's portfolio to drive market share growth within the CRE, Hotel, and Healthcare segments.In-depth understanding of energy management and automation solutions tailored for the hotel, healthcare, and CRE sectors.Proficiency in smart building technologies, including building management systems, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) solutions, and energy monitoring systems.Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards related to energy efficiency and sustainability in the hotel, healthcare, and CRE segments.Familiarity with IoT (Internet of Things) applications and their integration within the context of smart buildings for these sectors.Experience with digital transformation initiatives within the hotel, healthcare, and CRE industries, including cloud-based solutions, data analytics, and cybersecurity considerations.Lead strategic initiatives to nurture customer relationships, ensuring C-level engagement and alignment with customer business agendas.Define and implement an effective execution model, collaborating closely with contractors, panel builders, and system integrators to drive project success and customer satisfaction.Drive preference across sales engines, working closely with sales, prescription, and projects teams, and collaborating with various VCPs (Value Chain Partners) to create segment preferences.

Managerial\:

Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Key Account Managers and Segment Managers, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with segment strategies and growth targets.Oversee the development and ownership of a qualified opportunity pipeline in line with growth ambitions, driving segment and account growth through effective account management and sales strategies.

Leadership\:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including BUVPs (Business Unit Vice Presidents) and IMTs (Integrated Marketing Teams), to articulate business strategies and drive action plans within the organizationCultivate and maintain strong business relationships with relevant stakeholders and C-level executives of key accounts, driving a customer-centric approach and ensuring alignment with Schneider Electric's value proposition.
