We're seeking a dynamic leader with exceptional project and property management skills to partner with ownership in the development and construction of a new and exciting lifestyle experience in the heart of Orange County, California, from ground-up to grand opening. This amazing project will include top of market office, residential, retail and entertainment. The ideal candidate will:

Excel in fast-paced environments, demonstrating the ability to think on their feet and adapt quickly to changing situationsPossess strong leadership skills to build and motivate a high-performing team across multiple sectors including office, retail, residential, entertainment, and placemaking experiencesHave extensive experience in providing expert advice to clients and stakeholders throughout all project phasesDeliver strategic guidance and oversee all aspects of the operation, including tenant and guest satisfaction, team management, financial performance, and client relationshipsImplement and execute business plans to maximize property tenant satisfaction and profitabilityDemonstrate flexibility in a constantly evolving operating environment, effectively managing communication with tenants, guests, vendors, and internal stakeholdersCommand respect through exceptional personal presence and professional behaviorBuild strong rapport with clients/owners through proactive and ongoing communicationProvide comprehensive analysis of property performance, incorporating tenant, financial, and employee business data

The successful candidate will shape the tenant and guest experience by leveraging their exceptional knowledge and service skills to support the client's vision for this transformative project.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

300,000.00 – 350,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
