The role requires a full-time on-site presence for the first 3 months due to the nature of the current project. Afterwards, flexibility is offered, with 1 fixed and 1 flexible remote day per week.

Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient backend systems and APIs.Design and build service-oriented solutions on Docker and Kubernetes environments.Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and optimise queries, schemas and indexes.Create or optimise algorithms for data processing, transformation, and validation.Integrate with other enterprise systems, using industry-standard integration technologies and best practices.Ensure high-quality code that meet security and performance standardsAdhere to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues promptly. Ensure timely bug fixes and improvements.Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Propose technical solutions and contribute to architectural decisions.Participate in the enhancement of frontend components.Work closely with cross-functional teams (product owners, other developers) to understand requirements.Stay updated with industry trends, Java advancements, and best practices.Share knowledge within the team and contribute to continuous improvement.
