Reorg is in search of a committed Senior Front End Software Engineer with proficiency in Vue (preferably Vue 3). The role entails designing scalable architectures, collaborating with UI/UX designers, developing top-notch web applications, and optimizing performance. Additionally, responsibilities include ensuring cross-browser compatibility, implementing accessibility standards, conducting code reviews and testing. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and promote mentorship to foster continuous growth. This position is based in our Bogotá, Colombia office.

Requirements

Recent experience in developing enterprise applications using frontend frameworks such as Vue 3, React, Angular, Svelte, and more. Strong grasp of front-end application development with a deep understanding of pure JavaScript. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft and pays close attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Frontend architecture: Design and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable frontend architecture, ensuring modular and reusable code components using modern frontend frameworks such as Vue 3. Develop robust technical solutions: Follows standards and best practices when creating technical solutions for the front end. The ideal candidate would have experience with testing frameworks such as Vitest, Jest, Mocha, etc. UI/UX design collaboration: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing user interfaces ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience centered around our initiatives. Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities. Effectively communicate knowledge and processes of existing systems to stakeholders, fostering transparency, and enabling informed decision-making for successful implementation and adoption. Software Architecture: This is a senior position, the candidate needs to properly understand software architecture and ideally have some experience coding on the Backend (especially in PHP, Python, or C#).

Preferred

Experience in Tailwind, SASS, and building pixel-perfect applications. Unit tests, consuming Figma, and using Storybook. Knowledge of JavaScript patterns. Prior work with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps.
