How you'll make an impact Remote Position anywhere in USA. RPS is the leading wholesale and MGA broker in the transportation space. As a leader, we drive the industry best practices and coverage options. Our relationships with top carriers provide more possibilities in terms of limits and comprehensive coverage for less risk. We also aid you in building programs that increase driver safety and lessen workers' compensation claims. RPS has tools and programs that focus on monitoring drivers to improve driver performance, as well as working with carriers to make renewals smoother.nd processes submissions for business from network of insurance agents, obtains quotes from multiple insurance carriers, and provides agents with multiple quotes based on business requirements. The Senior Fleet Broker (Transportation) is the most senior level individual contributor for the team. Develops and maintains a network of agency and/or broker relationships. Applies comprehensive knowledge of principles and practices within a technical or professional field/area to perform expert work within broadly defined limits and authority levels involving highly complex assignments. Regularly demonstrates specialized technical knowledge and breadth/depth of functional expertise. Recognized as an expert in own area, provides technical leadership and guidance to staff members and management. Works independently, providing specialized knowledge in the resolution of the most complex problems and business issues. About You Required: Bachelor's degree and/or 7 years related experience required and experience with Fleet Trucking. Possesses a full level of technical knowledge and skills for insurance products and/or specialty lines and comprehensive knowledge and practice of assigned lines of business. Preferred: Professional designation preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM.
