The Senior Financial Compensation Analyst is a member of Finance team at Willis Towers Watson and is a key individual contributor responsible for supporting the producer compensation calculation process for our Producer Sales Team, by providing data analysis and calculations to determine base salary and bonus calculations. The analyst works with the Head of Sales Compensation, Finance Leadership, Operational Leadership, and individual Producers and teams to ensure the various plans are calculated and paid accurately and timely.

The Role
Builds and maintains strong working relationships with all stakeholders Ensures that inquiries and concerns are handled quickly, appropriately, and with a courteous resolution. Supports Head of Sales Compensation by preparing spreadsheets or utilizing other systems as appropriate, analyzing data and interpreting results Reports issues to the Head of Sales Compensation and recommends solutions Maintains documentation for audit purposes Demonstrates expertise in calculation and administration of producer compensation and delivers services that meet and exceed departmental needs Supports administration of producer compensation plans by reviewing and analyzing materials including but not limited to plan descriptions for calculation accuracy, supporting revenue documentation and any adjustments or exceptions approved by operational leadership Monitors the effectiveness of existing producer compensation processes and projects, and assists with developing recommended revisions and improvements as necessary Provides analysis on producer plan modeling as needed to various stakeholders Provides deliverables with an awareness of and urgency around meeting deadlines, understanding impacts on staff and departments, and with providing exemplary customer service Maintains integrity and excellent professional judgment while exhibiting unquestioned discretion with highly sensitive and confidential information Displays self-awareness and is comfortable asking for help when needed; prioritizes appropriately and checks with leadership when there are competing priorities Participate in forecast and budget process to provide guidance on incentive expense
The Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting requiredMinimum of 3-5 years’ experience in finance or accounting requiredStrong Excel Skills requiredStrong background working with very complex financial models, with experience in creating VBA coding and automation processes along with maintaining and updating models.Proficiency in Power Bi and Power Query desiredExperience with calculation and administration of sales compensation plans a plus

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $85,000-$100,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
