The Senior Financial Analyst leads the coordination of the monthly, quarterly and year end reporting and analysis for assigned areas, and support select cost centres on all their financial management responsibilities. This includes leading: \r\nThe preparation of operating budgets\r\nPeriodic (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual) performance analysis. The performance analysis includes:\r\nDetailed analysis of revenues against targets \r\nExpenditure analysis identifying causes for variation from expected run rate \r\nLabour cost analysis to budget\r\nCapital expenditures (if appropriate)\r\nIdentification of opportunities to improve revenue performance\r\nIdentification of performance issues, undertaking a root-cause analysis and agreeing remedial actions with target dates\r\nAd-hoc reporting and special projects\r\n\r\n
