Duties:

• Preparing and distributing comprehensive monthly financial reports with accurate insights for senior management
• Developing and utilizing advanced financial models to project trends, assess risk, and support long-term planning
• Leading the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Conducting in-depth variance analysis to identify discrepancies, collaborate with departments, and recommend corrective actions
• Analyzing key business areas such as operations, sales, marketing, and general expenses to drive financial optimization
• Utilizing advanced forecasting techniques to predict performance, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, math, accounting, economics, or a related field (MBA or certifications like CFA, CPA preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
• Proven expertise in complex financial modeling and analysis
