We are currently searching for a financial professional that possesses a solid blend of business-savvy and strong analytical skills to provide financial planning and analysis support as part of the Company’s FP&A team.  Reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A, this person will be a key member of the FP&A team to help grow and drive the business through quality financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.  This role will be heavily involved with analyzing, reporting, and forecasting various top-line metrics.  In addition to key financial modeling and analysis skills, the ability to translate business issues into clear and meaningful financial forecasts and analyses is a key attribute possessed by the person that will fill this role.

Responsibilities

Monthly reporting and forecasting and annual budgeting of top-line metrics, such as Billings, Revenue, Annual Recurring Revenue, Renewal Rates and Retention RatesAnalyze and articulate variances to budget and forecastWork with executives and business partners to identify areas of improvements in the businessCreate analyses that provide insightful and relevant informationCreate new or improve existing processes to keep up with ever changing environmentPerform ad hoc analysis as required

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or EconomicsMBA or CPA preferred3-5 years of financial analysis experience, especially in a Finance business partner capacityA working knowledge of an enterprise level financial planning systemAttention to detail and strives for continuous improvementExcellent computer skills required, including a high degree of demonstrated Excel expertiseKeen problem solving skillsStrong analytical and financial modeling skills (preferably in the software / technology sector)Self-starter with the ability to prioritize effectively and work with colleagues across businesses and geographies in a fast-paced environmentAbility to make timely decisions and draw appropriate conclusions from analysis of the business and financial information available

For Illinois residents - the base salary range for this position is estimated to be between $95,000 - $105,000 annually. Your salary will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business needs.
