**How will you make an impact in this role?**
As part ancial Aof the ICS Canada LFO team, the Senior Finnalyst will lead activities that deliver analytical and value-add recommendations to Canada’s Country Manager and leadership team. The role offers an opportunity to collaborate with various teams across the globe, not only within Finance, but also across key business units and partner groups.
With numerous stakeholders requiring consultative finance support, there Is a high level of exposure and numerous opportunities to gain in-depth insights to real business challenges across the Canadian and international LFO teams. **Key responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to:**
+ Providing business partners insights on financial P&L performance and business decisioning.
+ Leading annual forecasting, investment optimization and month-end processes.
+ Driving insights to support product constructs, pricing, new deals and partnerships, and new product launches, among others.
+ Summarizing and tracking initiatives, creating transparency for presentations to senior management.
+ Delivering innovative process efficiencies.
**The successful candidate will have:**
+ Strong business acumen, with the ability to follow business and industry trends and relate to financial results.
+ Ability to work independently under pressure, to meet deadlines, deliver results and manage multiple tasks without compromising quality.
+ Ability to synthesize and articulate complex ideas with brevity, simplicity, and impact.
+ Proficiency in MS Office with strong working knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint.
+ Extensive knowledge of programming language and data modeling tools (SQL, SAS, LUMI).
+ Ability to transform data sets into compelling visuals that clearly articulate business drivers and drive insights, using visualization tools (Tableau/ Power BI).
+ Excellent relationship-building capability and ability to influence others without having direct authority, combined with strong communication and presentation skills.
+ Strong sense of personal accountability and resilience with a passion for continuous improvement.
+ Confidence to ask questions, develop a point of view, and voice an opinion in meetings with senior executives.
+ Bachelor's degree and relevant designation (CPA, CFA, MBA, MMA).
+ Minimum 3 years of experience.
