We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst I to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving accurate forecasting, budget planning, and financial modeling to support strategic business decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Lease Accounting and Real Estate, and contribute to high-impact initiatives such as the Long-Range Model and Annual Fiscal Budget.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the development of monthly non-comparable store sales forecasts and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver meaningful insights and recommendations.

Maintain and update the monthly store calendar, incorporating inputs from the company’s real estate pipeline.

Collaborate with Lease Accounting to track and communicate occupancy forecast changes, supporting forecast versioning and budget accuracy.

Support the creation and refinement of the company’s Long-Range Model and departmental targets used in the Annual Fiscal Budget.

Leverage Adaptive Planning software and advanced Excel models to perform in-depth financial analysis and scenario modeling.

Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to Finance leadership (Manager, Director, VP, SVP), and act as a backup for Adaptive Planning system maintenance.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and transparency throughout financial planning processes.

What You’ll Bring:3–5 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, or related roles 

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA and/or CPA preferred

Strong knowledge of GAAP and P&L preparation

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint

Experience with financial planning systems such as Adaptive Planning a plus

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

High attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels
