Senior Financial Analyst
**LOCATION** 1830 Route 130 North Burlington NJ US 08016 **Overview** We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented **Senior Financial Analyst I** to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving accurate forecasting, budget planning, and financial modeling to support strategic business decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Lease Accounting and Real Estate, and contribute to high-impact initiatives such as the Long-Range Model and Annual Fiscal Budget. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performing finance team within a growing organization where your insights will directly influence key business outcomes. **What You’ll Do:** + Lead the development of monthly non-comparable store sales forecasts and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver meaningful insights and recommendations. + Maintain and update the monthly store calendar, incorporating inputs from the company’s real estate pipeline. + Collaborate with Lease Accounting to track and communicate occupancy forecast changes, supporting forecast versioning and budget accuracy. + Support the creation and refinement of the company’s Long-Range Model and departmental targets used in the Annual Fiscal Budget. + Leverage Adaptive Planning software and advanced Excel models to perform in-depth financial analysis and scenario modeling. + Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to Finance leadership (Manager, Director, VP, SVP), and act as a backup for Adaptive Planning system maintenance. + Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and transparency throughout financial planning processes. **What You’ll Bring:** + 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, or related roles + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA and/or CPA preferred + Strong knowledge of GAAP and P&L preparation + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint + Experience with financial planning systems such as Adaptive Planning a plus + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills + High attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities + Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels **_Come join our team.
