**Position Summary**
Firestone Airide (FSA) is a global manufacturer of air suspension solutions with operations in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
We’re currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Nashville, TN.
The Senior Financial Analyst will work with the Williamsburg, KY facility. They will be responsible for supporting the sales, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, quality, and IT functions for NA operations. They will provide support to overseas operations regarding cost accounting and CapEx related issues. need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as technical knowledge. They should be strategic thinkers with business acumen and be able to work at both a strategic and operational level. This role will report to the Sr Financial Manager – Manufacturing Cost and collaborate with several functions from corporate & operations ad-hoc requests.
*** This role is a HYBRID schedule in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday @ Bridgestone HQ in Nashville, TN. ***
**Responsibilities**
+ Cost accounting & cost management, financial reporting and accounts payable
+ Developing and maintaining planning and budgeting systems (CapEx related)
+ Preparing financial and management reports and procedures, and the presentation of findings and specific recommendations to senior management
+ Analyzing and interpreting trends requiring management's attention
+ Support quotations & analysis of business cases according to sales, engineering, procurement, customer, etc. requests
+ Duties may also include training and managing other accounting staff, and/or finance partners
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or economics.
+ 3+ years in Financial and/or Control Analyst role, or similar position supporting corporate functions and/or operations.
+ MBA and/or Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) is desirable.
+ Experience working with Accounting/Treasury/Other centralized services is preferred.
