As an SFA, you will partner closely with business leaders and their teams, providing strategic support by combining data and business judgement into insights, generating operational and strategic guidance and impact. Further, you will drive innovation to improve our tools, processes and business decisions.
This role requires a self-starter with a strong financial modelling background, advanced Excel abilities, problem solving skills, a keen attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations, and project management skills. The role will be based in Dubai where a large part of the business partners is located.
Key job responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
• Ownership of key reporting metrics (KPI’s) and narratives to help business partners understand the business performance
• Partner with business teams to implement new processes & tools and drive the improvement of existing processes & tools
• Provide strategic support to key business initiatives and investment
• Present financial summary and business insights to senior management
• Drive short- and long-term financial planning
• Maintain robust controls
