David Weekley Homes is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our Accounting and Finance Team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data, identify trends and prepare reports for management.Communicate clearly with multiple levels of leadership and help translate complex financial results with clear outcomes and calls-to-action.Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards and reports.Research peer and related industry metrics for benchmark analysis.Help craft presentations for the board of directors, credit rating agencies, potential investors, and recommendations to the Management Team.Support due diligence activities and assist in the financial evaluation of potential M&A opportunities.Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial planning applications and reporting
Qualifications

Prerequisites:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master’s degree in a related field is a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Powerpoint and Excel (experience with BI tools such as Power BI a plus)2-5 years of prior experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis, investment banking, accounting or consulting role
