Brief DescriptionMain purpose of the post:
The main purpose of this position is to assist in the management of the school's financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and contributing to the school's overall financial health and sustainability. This role involves providing financial insights and recommendations while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize financial performance and allocate resources effectively. Additionally, this role is responsible for the financial recording and reporting of Wits Business School's finances and managing the team and their responsibilities, including supervising accounts payables, accounts receivables, reconciliations, and payroll staff. This role plays a key role in financial reconciliation and reporting to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Minimum academic requirements and experience:
BCom Accounting degree
Required Years of Work-Related Experience:
- 6-7 years of work-related experience, preferably in two years in a middle management role
