Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Finance Senior Manager to collaborate with our international team to plan and execute the organization’s financial strategy, ensure a timely and accurate close process, assist in establishing international subsidiaries, drive business process improvements and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, international seni or manager. Responsibilities: + Oversee accounting of local entities including month, quarter and year end reporting Transitio n outside service provider model to in-house the accounting function. + Manage international statutory audits and financial statements. + Manager external auditors of local entities. + Partner with the Shockwave Santa Clara finance team to review monthly and quarterly financial results, variances and metric. + Support the Shockwave Santa Clara tax team on transfer pricing, VAT implications of EMEA entities. + Manage the accounts payable, general ledger, VAT, and accounts receivable functions of local entities. + Manage day to day regional P& L’s and reporting activities. + Ensure compliance with the HQ accounting and operational policies. + Ensure internal controls are in place and financials are successfully audited. + Ensure operational key metrics are DSO, DPO, timely filing of tax filings are met. + Lead multinational team (3 direct, 2 indirect reports) . **Qualifications** Requirements + Multi-year experience as Finance Senior Manager in an international setting + In depth knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and SOX404 + Ability to strategize and solve problems + Strong leadership and organizational skills + Excellent communication and people skills + An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers + Oracle Cloud experience, a plus + BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field + Fluent spoken and written language skills in English What type of mark will YOU make?
