**About the Role:**
The OTC Manager will oversee the overall OTC processes, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with financial regulations, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires leadership in managing teams responsible for Accounts Receivable (AR), particularly in billing processes while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. The manager will be the key point of escalation, providing strategic direction, and ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high quality services within the Global Business Services Organization (BSO).
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Oversee and manage the end-to-end OTC process, including Accounts Receivable, billing, and credit note processing.
+ Ensure compliance with Company Policy, ASC606, SOX requirements, and SSC procedures across all OTC functions.
+ Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services.
+ Resolve escalated customer queries and complex operational issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, streamline processes, and optimize resource utilization.
+ Lead monthly and quarterly closing activities, ensuring alignment with financial reporting deadlines.
+ Provide strategic support for audits, including the preparation and submission of required documentation.
+ Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture through mentoring, training, and career development opportunities.
+ Drive and support organizational initiatives and ad-hoc projects as directed by senior leadership
**What You'll Need:**
+ A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
+ 7+ years of experience in Finance with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
+ Initially during transition period of 3 months, Shift timings would be in US TIME Zone, post transitioning period it would be UK shift.
+ 3-4 days in night shift during the month end closure activity
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft Finance, SAP).
+ In-depth understanding of financial regulations, including ASC606 and SOX compliance
+ Preferred - SSC / Audit environments.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
+ Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
+ Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead initiatives from inception to completion while meeting deadlines
