This includes the annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, and management reporting. You will play a vital role in maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information across the organization. **What You’ll Do:** · Provide formal supervision to employees, including monitoring training and development, conducting performance evaluations, and coaching team members. Oversee the recruitment and hiring of new staff. · Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities by establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, and cross-training staff. Set and track department deadlines while mentoring and coaching team members as needed. · Oversee the budgeting process, forecasting process, strategic planning process, and standard management reporting. · Review balance sheet account analysis, statement of cash flows, supporting schedules, and standard consolidated reporting packs for accuracy. · Review and approve basic monthly journal entries. · Produce a variety of routine and ad hoc financial reports, packages, and pro forma analyses for senior management and the planning unit. · Coordinate the research, development, and preparation of accounting policies and procedures. · Effectively communicate and explain complex information, convey performance expectations, and handle sensitive issues with discretion. · Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. · Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. · Apply knowledge of your own discipline and how it integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. · Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes. **What You’ll Need:** · Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3+ years of relevant experience.
