As Senior Finance Manager, you are expected to work with JP Stores leadership team as a thought partner and play a key role in supporting the growth of the business. In doing so, the individual will identify and implement processes to evaluate our investments feeding into long term business strategies. You will be responsible for supporting finance and business leadership in providing data driven insights to develop and execute financial strategies, helping to establish an appropriate framework of controls and key metrics, and building and leading a high performing finance team. This individual will have exceptional Finance and Accounting skills, strong leadership skills and should be a thought leader and be comfortable influencing business decisions with data.

A successful candidate will be skilled at partnering with stakeholders across the business and financial spectrum, juggling multiple deliverables, communicating clearly and concisely with leaders and peers. They will be comfortable thinking big and diving deep and be a proven cross-functional leader.
