The Senior Finance Manager for AMER Portfolio Services is accountable for coordinating and facilitating the local planning processes, monitoring financial performance, reporting financial and operational results, and improving financial systems and processes through collaborating with finance and business stakeholders.
Manage the creation of the annual plan and quarterly forecastsReview, understand and ensure compliance and proper accounting for transaction dealsKey financial/accounting liaison for Business Unit Executives, Product Line owners and CorporateAct as advisor and strategic partner to these groups for all financial, operational and client mattersSupport cost-savings and process improvement initiativesIdentify tactical and strategic opportunities, gaps and financial risksAssist in the preparation of analysis and dashboard reporting for the business group, as well as CorporateMonthly and quarterly dashboard reporting: strategic analysis of regional and business financial and operating performance, including trends, business drivers, and variance analysisDrive improvements in reporting, analytics and dashboards to support business leadership decision making and implement best practices related to various ad hoc analysesCoordinate with accounting team on the timely and accurate preparation of the monthly financial statement packagesHelp execute staff succession and growth plansAssist in compensation planning processSpecial projects and other functions as required by business prioritiesSound like you? A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA and/or MBA a plusA minimum of 7-9 years relevant work experienceDetailed oriented and strong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and meet strict deadlinesExcellent written and oral communication skills and proven presentation skillsDemonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointProficiency with PeopleSoft and Tableau systems a plusMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Estimated total compensation for this position:
120,000.00 – 160,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
